Want More Peace in Your Life? Meet Sid McNairy

I had the incredible opportunity to speak with Sid McNairy - an international bestselling author who was recently awarded the 2024 World Peace Award! Sid is known as "he who brings peace" and after our conversation, I completely understand why.

Sid approaches peace not as some distant ideal, but as a practical, daily commitment. He shared that anyone can begin by simply committing to peace for 24 hours, then a week, then a month - until it becomes your way of life. Anyone could commit to 24 hours!

Sid explained his proven method called "the practice" - a holistic approach that includes:

  • Centering through meditation
  • Research to expand your knowledge
  • Elevating your frequency
  • Awakening to what you don't know
  • Training your body
  • Creating experiences that align with your peace

Sid explained that "your frequency is what you frequently see." If you don't like what you're experiencing in life, you can actually change it by shifting your internal frequency! He even uses voice frequency technology to help his clients balance their energy and raise their vibration.

For those of you with teens struggling with anxiety or thoughts of self-harm, Sid shared how he approaches these situations with tremendous compassion and a focus on future connection. His work reminds us that the power to create peace exists within each of us - yes, even teenagers who often feel powerless in their circumstances.
